Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of econometric models to analyze player behavior and monetization.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics teams to model player behavior and inform monetization strategies.
• Build and run rigorous experimentation frameworks to test hypotheses and quantify impact.
• Mentor and coach junior scientists, fostering a culture of robust, reproducible analysis.
• Communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and influence product strategy.
• Ensure analyses are scalable, maintainable, and well-documented.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (or proven equivalent experience).
• Strong background in econometrics, causal inference, and experimental design.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and R; experience with SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and production-ready modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence across teams.
• Experience in games or digital economies is a plus.
