Specialist, Global Community & Creators - NBA 2K at 2K

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative specialist to lead the global creators program for NBA 2K. This on-site role based in Novato, California will build and nurture relationships with content creators and creator teams worldwide, coordinate influencer campaigns, and help shape the community strategy for NBA 2K.

Overview

The Specialist, Global Community & Creators will serve as a bridge between 2K’s NBA 2K brand and the creator ecosystem. You will drive creator partnerships, manage program operations, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to deliver engaging experiences for players and fans.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with global NBA 2K content creators and partner programs.
Plan, execute, and optimize creator campaigns and events across platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align creator initiatives with product launches and content calendars.
Source, onboard, and manage creator partnerships, contracts, and deliverables; track performance metrics and ROI.
Champion community programs, events, and initiatives that grow the NBA 2K creator ecosystem and fan engagement.
Monitor trends in gaming, esports, and creator communities to inform strategy and opportunities.
Prepare reports and briefs for leadership on program impact, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

Experience in community management, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing within the gaming industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with creators and teams across regions.
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Social, Brand, and Product teams.
Bonus: knowledge of NBA 2K community landscape and esports/creator ecosystems.
