Senior UI/UX Designer

2K is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team in San Mateo. You will lead the design of player-facing interfaces and experiences across our digital products, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional usability and visual polish.

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process, mentor junior designers, and help shape the user experience for players across our portfolio. You will advocate for user-centered design and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for product features and game interfaces
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define user journeys
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Conduct user research and usability testing; translate insights into design decisions
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design mentorship initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in gaming or digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, interaction design, and visual design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD; experience with prototyping and animation is a plus
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
