2K is seeking a Senior Tools Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal tooling and pipelines that empower our game development teams. You will collaborate with engineers across the studio to improve workflows, automation, and tooling quality.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain internal tools for art, level design, and engineering teams
Develop and improve build systems and CI/CD pipelines
Automate repetitive tasks to accelerate iteration
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate tools into game engines

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in tooling or developer productivity roles
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
Experience with build systems, scripting, and automation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
