Senior Manager, Paid Media Strategy

Overview

2K is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media Strategy to lead the development and execution of our paid media strategy across channels. You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and drive ROAS while collaborating with cross-functional teams including product marketing, creative, and analytics. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we reach and engage players worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan, forecast, and manage annual and quarterly media budgets; optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS.
• Lead cross-functional campaigns with product marketing, creative, and analytics teams; coordinate with external agency partners as needed.
• Define attribution models, measurement frameworks, and reporting dashboards to track performance and inform decisions.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior team members, ensuring scalable and best-practice execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid media or growth marketing experience, ideally in consumer-focused industries.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; strong analytic capabilities with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
