Overview
The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing at 2K Sports leads strategic brand initiatives for the studio’s iconic franchises. Based in Novato, California, you will shape brand strategy, plan integrated campaigns, and collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to grow brand equity and drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies for 2K Sports franchises across markets.
- Lead cross-functional campaigns in partnership with Product, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Manage brand budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; own quarterly and annual brand plans.
- Mentor and lead a team of brand managers and coordinators; foster collaboration across departments.
- Collaborate with external agencies, licensors, and partners to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to inform strategy and messaging.
- Measure impact, optimize campaigns, and report results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of brand marketing or related experience; experience in entertainment or gaming is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record building and scaling brand campaigns that move business metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing analytics, measurement frameworks, and budget management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
