Senior Graphics Engineer - NBA 2K at 2K in Budapest. Join our graphics team to push the visual quality and performance of NBA 2K on PC and consoles. You will design and implement advanced rendering techniques, optimize the rendering pipeline, develop shaders and tooling, and collaborate with artists and engine teams to deliver world-class visuals.

Responsibilities

Design and implement real-time rendering features across PC and console platforms.
Optimize frame rate and memory usage with profiling tools.
Develop shaders (HLSL/GLSL) and materials pipelines; contribute to tooling and pipelines.
Collaborate with artists, designers, and platform teams to achieve visual fidelity.
Contribute to engine integration and code reviews; mentor teammates as needed.

Requirements

5+ years in graphics programming or game development.
Strong proficiency in C++ and real-time rendering concepts.
Experience with shader programming (HLSL/GLSL) and graphics APIs (DirectX 12, Vulkan, OpenGL).
Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

Shipped titles; experience with Unreal Engine or similar engines.
Knowledge of ray tracing, multi-threading, and advanced rendering techniques.
