Senior Development Manager

Overview

2K is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead and grow an engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality software and services. This on-site role based in San Mateo, California partners with product, design, and QA to shape roadmaps and ensure reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams; drive performance and career development
• Collaborate with product management to define roadmaps, scope, and milestones
• Establish and improve software development processes, testing, and release practices
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across design, data, and operations
• Hire, onboard, and retain top engineering talent

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in engineering leadership
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and delivering complex software projects
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
