Overview
We are seeking a Senior Core Engineer to join 2K's engine team in Valencia. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of core engine systems that power our titles across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize core engine systems and subsystems.
- Collaborate with gameplay, platform, and tools teams to deliver high-performance, scalable architectures.
- Profile, debug, and optimize performance and memory usage across multiple platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to coding standards and reviews.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in C++ and modern engine development.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, memory management, and profiling techniques.
- Experience with cross-platform development for PC/console titles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
