About the Role

2K is seeking a Localization Producer (Producteur de Localisation) in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. This role leads localization projects across our game titles, coordinating cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and deliver high-quality multilingual content. The Localization Producer will collaborate with product, engineering, art, QA, and external vendors to ensure timely, on-budget releases in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Define localization scope, timelines, and resource requirements for game releases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality translations and voice content.
• Manage glossaries, style guides, and QA sign-off for all locales.
• Track progress, risks, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders in French and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in localization or project management, preferably in the video game industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with localization tools (CAT tools) and terminology management.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
