Role overview

As Principal AI Designer, you will drive the end to end design of AI features from discovery to delivery, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead design for AI powered features and systems across platforms
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define problems and opportunities
Develop design concepts, prototypes, and user journeys
Establish design standards and ensure accessibility and ethical AI considerations
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of the design organization

Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and system thinking
Experience with AI or ML focused products
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
