2K is seeking an Outsourcing Manager to lead and optimize its outsourced vendor network in Valencia, Spain. You will design, implement and manage outsourcing programs, negotiate contracts, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage outsourcing strategies and vendor relationships
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing with suppliers
- Monitor vendor performance and implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Operations to ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage risk, compliance, and governance across outsourcing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in outsourcing or vendor management
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- English required; Spanish language skills a plus
