2K is seeking a Manager, Social & Community Marketing - Sports to lead the strategy and execution of social and community programs for its sports titles. Based in Austin, TX, you will drive fan engagement, brand storytelling, and community development across social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Build and nurture gaming communities and partner relationships
- Create content calendars and ensure a consistent brand voice
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns; report insights to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, PR, and events teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in social or community marketing, preferably in gaming or sports
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, communities, and analytics
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with esports or sports franchises a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
