Localization Producer

Overview

2K is seeking a Localization Producer to lead the localization of our games and related content. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely localization that captures the voice and intent of each title across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage localization pipelines across multiple projects from pre-production through post-release.
• Build and maintain schedules, budgets, and QA plans; track milestones and risk.
• Collaborate with game development, production, marketing, localization vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure asset readiness and consistency of style and terminology.
• Manage translation memory, glossaries, and terminology databases to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee QA testing for localized builds and coordinate bug reporting and fixes with QA and engineering teams.
• Ensure culturally appropriate and accurate translations across target languages and regions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of localization project management experience, preferably in video games or interactive media.
• Experience with CAT tools and Translation Management Systems; familiarity with translation memories and terminology databases.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Passion for video games and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.
