Overview
2K is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and optimize learning programs that accelerate employee growth and performance across the organization. Based in Novato, California, the L&D Manager will partner with HR, leadership, and business units to identify training needs, develop engaging curricula, and measure impact. This role will oversee onboarding, leadership development, technical training, compliance, and continuous learning initiatives to support 2K's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess training needs and align programs with business goals.
- Design, develop, and deliver a full spectrum of learning experiences, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and compliance.
- Create and manage engaging curricula and multimedia content; oversee the lifecycle of e-learning modules.
- Manage the organization’s learning calendar, training vendors, and internal resources; maintain an up-to-date LMS.
- Measure training effectiveness through defined metrics and feedback loops; report on program impact to leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in corporate L&D or instructional design.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
- Experience selecting and managing LMS platforms and authoring tools; excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels; strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
