Role: Lead Technical Product Manager, Infrastructure

Location: Novato, California, United States

2K is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager, Infrastructure to own the roadmap and delivery for its infrastructure platforms, scale game services, and drive reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with engineering, platform, and operations teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure for live games.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap for infrastructure platforms.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact and urgency.
Write clear user stories and requirements for engineering teams.
Partner with Platform, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals and metrics.
Measure success with defined KPIs and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of product management experience, preferably in infrastructure or platform domains.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and security practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

Nice to Have

Experience in gaming or large-scale online services.
Background in SRE, site reliability, and cost optimization.
