Role Overview
2K is seeking a Head of Product to lead product strategy across our publishing portfolio. This executive will own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, and will lead a team of product managers and analysts to deliver engaging gaming experiences that drive growth and player engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for major franchises and live services.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team; hire and develop product managers and analysts.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, live ops, analytics, marketing, and publishing to ship features on time and with high quality.
- Establish success metrics, dashboards, and experiments to inform decisions and optimize player experience and business outcomes.
- Prioritize features and trade-offs based on player value, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Present updates to executives and cross-functional partners; translate data insights into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, preferably in gaming or interactive entertainment; 3+ years in leadership roles overseeing product teams.
- Proven track record shipping large-scale features or live operations; experience with live-service games is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience in analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing; proficient with product analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.
