About the role

Senior Operations Manager (Creative Development) at 2K leads operational strategy and execution for creative development initiatives across our studios. You will optimize processes, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational frameworks for creative development projects
• Analyze and optimize workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams (production, design, product, QA) to align priorities
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets; report to stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and maintain high quality standards
• Partner with leadership to set strategic direction for creative initiatives

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operations leadership, preferably in creative development or game production
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
