Responsibilities

\n
  • Lead and manage end-to-end publishing production workflows for multiple game titles, from asset creation through final release.
  • Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, and resource plans to meet publishing schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (art, design, localization, QA, marketing) and external vendors to align on quality and delivery.
  • Oversee asset management, localization, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
  • Implement processes to optimize workflows, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement in the production pipeline.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing production team and collaborate with cross-functional partners across regions.
  • Partner with publishing and live operations to establish release cadences and post-launch support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in publishing production, game development, or media operations.
  • Strong program/project management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with localization processes, asset pipelines, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
