Overview: 2K is seeking a Director of Product to own the product strategy and roadmaps for key titles, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to balance player value with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for assigned titles.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ship features that drive engagement and monetization.
- Lead discovery efforts including user research, data analysis, and experiments.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder input.
- Mentor and develop product managers and collaborate with executives on strategy and metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product leadership at director level or above, ideally in games or interactive media.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with data-informed decision making, metrics, A/B testing, and SQL familiarity.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
