Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the artistic vision and production quality for projects and franchises.
• Lead and mentor concept artists, 2D/3D artists, and design teams.
• Collaborate with game directors and marketing to translate game design into art assets.
• Develop and enforce style guides, pipelines, and quality standards.
• Review assets for characters, environments, UI, and marketing visuals.
• Ensure assets meet technical requirements and platform constraints.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in art direction for video games.
• 5+ years of experience in game art direction or senior art roles.
• Proficiency with industry tools (Photoshop, Maya/ZBrush, Unreal Engine or Unity).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
• Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams and with international studios is a plus.
