Overview

The position focuses on translating and adapting game text, UI strings, and marketing copy into Castilian Spanish while preserving meaning, tone, and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities

Translate and adapt in-game text, UI, and marketing materials into Castilian Spanish, ensuring consistency with existing glossaries and style guides.
QA localizations to verify accuracy, punctuation, and cultural appropriateness.
Maintain and update localization glossaries and translation memories; help develop style guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, QA, and Engineering) to meet release timelines.
Identify and resolve localization-related issues and provide feedback to improve processes.

Qualifications

Fluency in Castilian Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Experience in video game localization or software localization is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent linguistic quality assurance skills.
