2K is seeking an Associate QA Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. In this on-site role, you will lead QA efforts for our video game projects, shape testing strategy, and coordinate a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to drive quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and implement QA strategy and test plans for multiple projects.
Lead, mentor, and manage QA engineers; prioritize workload and support career growth.
Drive test automation initiatives; identify tooling needs and oversee implementation.
Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and bug life cycles; track quality metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and risk mitigation.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and post-release analyses.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in QA leadership or test management; proven track record of delivering quality releases.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and metrics.
Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages; familiarity with game testing is a plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
