Associate Manager, Global Product Marketing - NBA 2K

Role Overview

2K is seeking an Associate Manager, Global Product Marketing for NBA 2K to lead global product marketing initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive go-to-market strategies across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for NBA 2K, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Partnerships, and Brand teams to define objectives and success metrics.
• Manage cross-functional product launches, promotions, and content campaigns across markets.
• Analyze market trends and player insights to inform product roadmap and marketing investments.
• Partner with external agencies and internal teams to produce marketing assets and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in gaming or interactive entertainment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies for multi-market launches.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Passion for basketball, sports games, and the NBA 2K franchise is a plus.
