Join 2K as an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing - Sports to lead brand marketing initiatives for our sports titles. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and measure campaigns that build brand equity and drive engagement among fans and players.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of brand marketing or sports marketing experience; experience in video games is a plus.
Strong storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage complex campaigns, budgets, and timelines.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze results and optimize campaigns.
