Learn deal sizing, cash flow analysis, and write deal narratives.
Review third-party reports and help with Marketing initiatives.
Establish strong working relationships with the team to identify needs.
Assist in research, writing, and proofreading marketing materials and loan documents.
Utilize and maintain databases that track relevant real estate metrics.

🎯 Requirements

Current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
Desire to learn and advance in Commercial Real Estate
Initiative and drive to contribute and grow
Basic tech skills; proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
