[2026-2027] School-Based Therapist (Elementary School)

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy in ESS's trauma-informed model.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student growth.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Maintain clinical documentation and attend regular team meetings.
• Engage families through programs and parent groups as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• School-based or youth mental health experience preferred.
• Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, or eligible in California.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
