[2026-2027] School-Based Therapist (Bilingual - Spanish Speaking)

📋 Description

• Provide therapy to students with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with staff and families for trauma-informed care.
• Deliver individual and group therapy in schools.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents in mental health.
• CA licensure or eligibility (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
