📋 Description

• Provide therapy to a small group of students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy aligned with ESS's trauma-informed model.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in regular team meetings.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Engage families through programming and parent support groups as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• CA license: LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or eligible ASW/AMFT/APCC.
• Strong written/verbal communication; collaborative, good documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Trauma-informed approach and ability to work in school-based settings.
