[2026-2027] Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

📋 Description

• Leads weekly consultation on student goals and documentation.
• Delivers clinical interventions for students and families.
• Group Therapy, Individual Counseling, and Family Counseling.
• Coordinates family programming and monthly Parent Support groups.
• Refers to appropriate care levels with supervisor.
• Supports school environments through multidisciplinary teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience treating children/adolescents with behavioral challenges.
• Full clinical license: LMHC/LCSW or LMFT in the service state.
• Experience training educators and parents on student mental health.
• Trauma-attuned modalities (TAM) knowledge/experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and completing clinical documentation.
• Experience collaborating with school districts and community agencies.
