📋 Description

• Leads weekly consultations on student goals and documentation.
• Delivers interventions aligned with student and family needs in an ethical, safe manner.
• Demonstrates competency in group, individual, and family counseling.
• Provides monthly evening Parent Support groups for families.
• Coordinates with supervisor to refer to appropriate levels of care.
• Enhances trauma-attuned care and coordinates with school teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years treating children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Licensed in state: LMSW/LCSW, LPCA/LPC, or LMFTA/LMFT.
• Experience coaching teachers and parents on student mental health.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-attuned modalities (TAM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation.
• Effective problem-solving and communication; district collaboration preferred.
