📋 Description

• Supervises assigned clinicians.
• Leads weekly consultations on student goals and documentation.
• Delivers clinical interventions aligned with student and family needs.
• Demonstrates competency in Group Therapy, Individual Counseling, and Family Counseling.
• Coordinates family programming with monthly evening Parent Support groups.
• Coordinates with supervisor to refer students to appropriate levels of care.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with children/adolescents.
• Clinical license in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy in the relevant state.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with students, families, and community health agencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer.
• Ability to complete thorough clinical documentation.
