📋 Description

• Provide therapy to students with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with staff and families in trauma-informed settings.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS model.
• Coordinate care with ESS team and school partners.
• Maintain a stable, school-based schedule (no evenings/weekends).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• CA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) or eligibility for CA license (ASW/AMFT/APCC).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Experience in trauma-informed, youth mental health care preferred.
