Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty; assist with directions
Maintain front desk logs for people, property, including packages
Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft
Respond to incidents and emergencies; log incident data
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Must be 18+ years old
Experience as door staff or in receptionist/customer service/clerical/hospitality
Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets
High School diploma or GED
Able to obtain Illinois PERC
Able to pass drug screen and criminal background check
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Able to lift 50+ lbs and complete patrols
