- Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support to Plant and Facility operations in a SAFE manner.
- Maintain equipment to meet industry standards and USDA/OSHA/FDA/EPA regs and local requirements.
- Perform preventive, predictive maintenance and timely repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment (conveyors, ovens, assemblies) and related machinery.
- Ensure safety, PPE usage, and GMP compliance in all work.
- Support maintenance projects and coordinate with teams as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with GMP and food manufacturing practices.
- Ability to lead projects from start to finish.
- Flexible schedule; 2nd/3rd shift and overtime as needed.
- Able to operate basic machine shop tools and forklifts.
