1st Shift - Load-out Associate

📋 Description

• Load grocery products onto delivery trucks per schedule.
• Secure and unload return items from trailers.
• Clean and organize materials; prepare pallets.
• Organize and process recyclable materials.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers; uphold core values.
• Forklift certified: stand up, cherry picker, rider jack.
• Keep work area clean; follow safety regs (wheel chocks, trailer stand).
• Inspect products for freshness/quality; report issues.
• Follow safety protocols for lifting; wear PPE; OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records of outgoing shipments; share with supervisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in refrigerated environment (36°F).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Willing to work overtime/weekends if needed.
• Thrive in repetitive, fast-paced work.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (assistance allowed).
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, bend repeatedly.
