1st Shift - Forklift Operator

📋 Description

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products in the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, move pallets, and stack products in designated areas.
• Assist inventory and cycle counts; ensure accurate movement tracking.
• Collaborate to pick and stage orders per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Follow safety protocols; perform pre-operational checks and wear PPE.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to management.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass forklift operator certification.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience in a warehouse.
• Strong OSHA forklift safety protocol knowledge.
• Able to lift/move heavy objects; stand, bend, and stoop.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with WMS preferred.
