  • Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis; resolve where possible per SLA.

🎯 Requirements

  • Windows (desktop/server) and Mac OS proficiency.
  • Office 365 suite (Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint) experience.
  • Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; strong communication.
  • Remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • AVD and Citrix virtual desktops knowledge.
  • Printers, peripherals, and cloud backup tech.
