Set up, operate, and maintain decoration equipment (embroidery, debossing, heat transfer, sewing).
Run daily production to meet output and quality targets.
Inspect finished pieces against specs (placement, color, stitch, construction).
Identify and resolve defects; escalate to Lead when needed.
Execute job changeovers using setup sheets and decoration specs.
Perform pre-shift checks and routine cleaning/maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in garment decoration, embroidery, or apparel construction; training available.
Strong attention to detail and eye for quality: placement, color, construction.
Ability to follow SOPs consistently and flag issues promptly.
Reliable and able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
