📋 Description

  • Facilitate origination and execution of framework agreements with utilities and buyers.
  • Advise internal teams; propose alternatives when regulatory hurdles arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with procurement, IRP, and regs.
  • Monitor regulatory and market developments to anticipate approvals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with utilities, regulators, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in U.S. energy with utility procurement, regulatory affairs, or origination.
  • Direct experience with utility RFPs, contract negotiations, and regulatory filings (PUCs).
  • Deep IOU and corporate buyer processes; procurement, IRP, and regulatory approvals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in regulatory affairs, energy policy, or external renewable development.

🎁 Benefits

  • Salary: $180,000 to $210,000 per year.
