- Excellent copy/messaging for trust-sensitive audiences.
- Hands-on CRM/lifecycle setup, spreadsheets, experiments, cohort ops.
- Comfort with ambiguity; prioritize ruthlessly.
- Fluent in English; proficient in academic language.
- Nice to have: Experience with community-driven or invite-based flywheels.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with academic workflows (preprints, peer review).
- Nice to have: Experience with AI-enabled products where trust and explainability drive conversion.
