Own GTM system integration programs (CRM, CPQ, sales enablement, marketing).
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, IT, and vendors.
Drive system consolidation, migrations, and tool rationalization.
Ensure data integrity and interoperability across GTM tools.
Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
Act as primary accountability for GTM integration delivery.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as Senior TPM / Delivery Lead.
Hands-on GTM systems exposure: CRM, CPQ, sales enablement, or marketing.
Proven leading system consolidation, migrations, or tool rationalization.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels.
