Design, develop, configure and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions.
Configure IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Controls.
Develop and customize business rules, UI policies, scripts and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting and maintenance across modules.
Support testing activities including unit testing and UAT; ensure best practices.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as ServiceNow Developer in implementations and support.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
Experience across ITSM, CSM, SPM, FSM and HRSD.
Proficient in JavaScript (server-side and client-side) within ServiceNow.
Experience with Flow Designer, UI Policies, Scripting and ACLs.
Certifications: CAD, CSA, CIS-CSM.
