- React frontend and FastAPI backend experience
- PostgreSQL experience, including writing/optimizing queries
- Hands-on AWS (Step Functions, Lambda)
- Proficient in Python
- Ability to implement quick fixes under pressure during live events
- Experience with L1/L2 tech support or customer-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving under pressure during live events
- Excellent communication to explain tech issues to non-tech users
- Flexible hours during event periods (evenings/weekends)
