Senior Director, Business Development

Overview

1021 Creative is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. This executive-level role will identify, negotiate, and close high-value opportunities, influence cross-functional teams, and shape the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand market presence.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations.
• Forecast, measure, and report on BD pipeline and revenue impact.
• Build and manage a partner ecosystem, including agencies, resellers, and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership at senior level.
• Experience closing multi-million-dollar deals and building scalable BD programs.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced creative/marketing environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
