1:1 School Nurse - RN

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one in-home pediatric nursing for ages birth-18.
• Manage complex care including trach and vent if needed.
• Deliver care per individualized care plan.
• Perform clinical assessments and health monitoring.
• Educate families and empower ongoing home care.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Home health care experience welcomed; training provided.
• No pediatric experience? We will train you.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Compassionate, strong assessment and communication skills.
