1:1 School Nurse - LPN

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality pediatric home health care (birth to 18).
• Deliver complex care including trach and vent management.
• Provide family education.
• Perform clinical assessments.
• Deliver nursing care per care plan.
• Administer medications and therapies.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current LPN or LVN license.
• Home health experience welcomed; training provided.
• No pediatric experience? We will train you!
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Calm, reassuring presence with strong listening, assessment and communication.
