📋 Description

• Travel to a client home on a schedule you choose.
• Provide hands-on RN care to one client at a time.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Follow doctors' orders and document observations.
• Build client relationships and track milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current NJ RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Proficiency with electronic charting using Statewise.
• Ability to travel to client homes in Hudson County.
