📋 Description

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose.
• Provide hands-on, one-on-one nursing care.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Follow doctors’ orders and document care.
• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Flexible scheduling with 8/10/12 hour shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current NJ RN license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.
• Statewise electronic charting experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for private duty home care.
