Individually monitor assigned student per IEP under licensed staff
Prepare and adapt classroom materials; maintain order
Inform clinical staff of social-emotional concerns
Implement and maintain behavior program policies and data
Coordinate with administration and staff to ensure consistent program application
Attend staff meetings and in-service training

🎯 Requirements

Paraprofessional Certification preferred but not required
Ability to operate tactfully under stress
Flexibility to adapt to changes in routines
At least 23 years of age
Able to work with high-risk special needs students
